-These are mid rise apartments, i.e.:
- Ground + 7, 8 & 9 story buildings (mid –rise apartments)
- With ample green planning in the complex

-The colony is divided into A Type and B type apartments buildings, which are marked 3BHK and 4BHK on the map accordingly.
